The Yiangou Architects team have extensive experience working on a variety of commercial projects usually where the quality of design is crucial to achieving planning permission.
Our work on historic house estates includes Master Planning, new housing as enabling projects, and the design of new leisure and ancillary buildings within the curtilage of historic landscapes.
We have completed and are currently working on extensive new build projects for Harris Manchester College, Oxford University. We have also undertake Museum and Further Education projects for local authorities. More recently we have undertaken Master Planning and development design proposals for housing schemes for the Duchy of Cornwall in the South-West and Herefordshire.
We are increasingly involved in urban design schemes for developments in sensitive historic settings. Our experience in public engagement workshops and negotiations with planning authorities has resulted in some noteworthy permissions for housing and care home developments in the Midlands and the South of England.
