Situated in the North Cotswolds, this range of Grade II listed buildings were in dire need of significant repair and upgrading. Much of the structure and the roof in particular required considered and careful repair, whilst it was essential to upgrade all the services. However, to retain the character of the buildings, salvaged timber and flagstone floors were used extensively throughout.
The property’s outbuildings were also converted to provide further amenities. An adjacent barn was adapted to create an entertainment space and ancillary accommodation, whilst a dilapidated animal byre was converted to a swimming pool and leisure building.
